Please read below for details about submitting for a vendor space at this year's Arts off Main Festival.

General Guidelines

Please read all details before applying! Please note - there are separate applications for Artist and Non Artist Vendors (Businesses & Organizations)

Court Street, Cortland NY

Booth spaces are 10 x 10 feet. Vendors are required to provide their own tent within their artist spaces. For safety reasons, all tents must be secured and weighted.

A NYS Sales Tax Certificate must be displayed at your booth.

Business & Organization Vendors

We have limited space for both non profit organizations and businesses.

Vendors must fill out application to be reviewed by committee. Once accepted, we will request the booth fee to reserve your spot.

Booth fee $60

Deadline:  June 25th or until full. Any applications past this will not be included in printed material.

​​​​​​​Vendors Must sell original artwork (prints are ok) done by the applicant. Commercial products will not be considered.

​

Vendors will not be able to set up their booths the night before. Court Street will be closed to traffic starting at 7am. Vendors will be able to set up starting at 7am. All booths must be set up by 9:30am, with cars off the road and parked in lot.

 

This is an outdoor juried art show with forty (40) 10 ft x 10 ft spaces available. This is a limited event, once we have accepted 40 artists, applications will be closed.

Our festival goes on Rain or Shine! Please be prepared with sides for your tent in case of rain.  Booth spaces are 10 x 10 feet. Vendors are required to provide their own tent within their artist spaces. For safety reasons, all tents must be secured and weighted.

Artists can share a booth space, though both artists need to apply.

We will have volunteers available to help oversee booths for artists to take a short break. 

​

Fees:

​Application Fee $10 (this is non refundable) Applications will only be reviewed after application fee is paid.

Artist Booth Fee $60. This will be paid after acceptance.
